GSA
Methodology
Our Methodology
At GSA we believe in creating a great training environment where we focus our training sessions on technical ability and possession of the ball. This means we structure our training around exercises that emphasize the importance of developing these skills and the players decision making ability.
Some preferred exercises are:
-
Technical games
-
Possession games
-
Positional games
-
Rondos
-
Situational games Attack/Defense
-
Individual skill drills
-
Decision making games
On top of our focus on technical skills/decision making we also provide exercises and guidance that develop the players tactical knowledge and understanding both for specific positions on the field, but also a more broad understanding of how tactical knowledge can make them better players.

Our goal at GSA is to develop well rounded players that both have a high technical level and a good understanding of the different aspects of the game.

We believe that that developing as a soccer player should be fun and all sessions are created around the concept of having fun with the ball, whether you are new to the game or playing at a high level we believe that the very basic around having fun while learning is going to provide the best results.
